Arturo Bris

Arturo Bris is a Professor of Finance at IMD sinceJuly 2005.Prior to joining IMD, he was the Robert B &Candice J. Haas Associate Professor of Corporate Finance at the Yale School ofManagement, in New Haven, Connecticut (USA). A Research Associate of theEuropean Corporate Governance Institute, and a member of the Yale InternationalInstitute for Corporate Governance, he has worked extensively on issues ofCorporate Governance, Financial Regulation, and International Valuation. Hiswork has been published in the Journal of Finance, the Journal of FinancialEconomics, the Review of Financial Studies, the Journal of Legal Studies, andthe Journal of Business, among others.
